Not at all. Every machine at Purple Hamper accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay directly at the machine. No coins, no cash, no problem. If you already saved your coins, or prefer cash payment, we can still help you at the counter.

How long does a wash cycle take?

Most wash cycles run between 25-45 minutes depending on load size and cycle selected. Our high-speed spin means your clothes come out with much less water, so drying time is also significantly shorter than a typical laundromat.

Can I wash my comforter here?

Absolutely. We have extra-large capacity machines specifically designed for oversized items like comforters, duvets, sleeping bags, and large blankets. These items often don’t fit in home washers — ours handle them with ease.

What is the Ozone sanitization system?

The best place is outside your front door. You can also leave it at your garage, concierge desk, or any other spot—just add a note in your order instructions.
